Design and Development

To maintain efficient control over new developments Strata Designs has all the necessary design and graphic processing facilities in house. Our studio is managed by Malcolm, who has himself been involved with The Dimension Weld® process since the 70’s and has a wealth of knowledge in radio frequency welding techniques.

We enjoy long term business relationships with our core customers as we continually source new materials and develop new and innovative tooling techniques to ensure the continued evolution of our process. Our process converts plastic films of various qualities with many different visual effects. Special effect materials we convert include:- suede effect, rubber look, retro-reflective, moving image, kinetic, UV reactive, light & temperature sensitive, glow in the dark, and metallic to name but a few.
