Semi Automatic Screen Printing

All production facilities are contained within our 7500 sq ft ex soft drink factory premises here in sunny Hinckley, England. Our main production activities are screen printing and radio frequency plastic welding. Our print shop consists of semi-automatic screen printing machinery and hot air tunnel drying. The welding shop has ten radio frequency welding machines that vary in size from 4 kilowatt to 15 kilowatt. Some being single foot operated others being shuttle tray machines plus a travelling beam welder/cutter machine. Our ability to perform a range of associated manufacturing tasks enables us to enhance our product range even further.
